The room and bathroom were spacious. Plenty of hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and clean hotel. Polite and helpful staff. Comfy room with a big bed. Delicious food. Excellent location and staff amiability. Nice, well-decorated building. Good food and best lemonade. Close to downtown.
Couldn't fault.

With a location close to the main street, it provides guests with a quiet and peaceful environment. the spacious rooms are clean, and the bed is comfortable, resulting in a great night's sleep. the hotel has good facilities, providing a gym, sauna, massage, and a grille area perfect for relaxing.
The poor lighting in the room may be a disadvantage for some guests.

Great value for a romantic escape! the room was spacious and cozy with a comfortable bed and soft linens. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from and the coffee was top-notch. the location was perfect, only a short walk to the city center and near some lovely cafes and restaurants. We also appreciated the helpful staff who provided us with useful information about the area.
We also found the bathroom to be a bit outdated and in need of some renovation.

The building exudes charm with its old-world style and spacious rooms, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. The hotel's location is central to the city's key attractions and amenities. We enjoyed the convenience of the on-site restaurant, which served appetizing dishes and attentive service.
The service was inconsistent, with some staff being aloof. Sometimes the hotel felt a little too quiet for our taste, and there were fewer opportunities for socializing.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, especially Cristina at the reception. The location is great and easy to access transportation. The hotel offersnice and neat rooms with great facilities and a delicious breakfast every morning.
Couldn't fault anything at this hotel.
